Text Box: The Tavern In The Port is licensed for 500 people (although rated for 600) and is open until 1am until 1am Thursday, Friday & Saturday. It has 4 bars and was formally 6 properties and can be found in Bridge Street Bideford 25 metres off the old bridge on the town side of the river. The bars cover all tastes, The Tavern Locals Bar, Chandlers Lounge Bar, Liquid Fun Bar with music & entertainment and Wheels Bar which is upstairs and is generally populated by students.
